Tru2DaName from London brings an impassioned UK hip-hop project, evidenced through the album such as the banging "We R.E.P." featuring Jahaziel and E Tizz. Tru2DaName brings an incredibly expressive and Biblical rap on "Christian All The Time" with a pulsating sub bass and near-military shouts. It's a message to the forces of darkness that could see hands pumped and hearts moved. "Hard For The King" featuring Jahaziel and Jay Dolph takes up the same kind of vibe, with some serious and furious emceeing. "London Underground" is a brilliant hip-hop journey as we charge up our Oyster Cards and take a virtual Tube ride across London, fusing local knowledge with a strong Jesus-filled message over some virtuoso beatboxing. Tru2DaName is unashamed of his testimony and God's work in his life as he takes us through "My Story" featuring J Williams, and "V.I.R.G.I.N" where the rapper speaks of his commitment to sexual purity before he is married. "He Died" tells the story of Jesus' brutal death on the Cross for us over a slow tempo, bringing awesome lines like ".whether he was a brother, white or another, race I don't care, cos I know his blood colour." Very powerful.
