Slough-based Mallah seems to have made a habit of releasing short-and-sweet two-song singles. Whilst it would be nice to get hold of a longer release, if it ain't broke. . . The formula certainly seems to work. There is a clear theme to this release. It is concerned with the idea of personal growth and bettering ourselves, something that we should ask for God's help and guidance with in order to reach our full potential and be the best that we can. It is an encouraging and inspirational recording. With a voice smooth enough for the Lighthouse Family, and light, positive arrangements, it is impossible to listen to this CD without turning your thoughts upwards.
