I get to hear some pretty bad music reviewing albums for Cross Rhythms and most of the worst offenders are in the Cheesy Listening MOR vein. And here's another one. 43 minutes and 22 seconds of non-stop 'inspirational' (and I use the term loosely here as nothing on this album inspires me) songs put to a terrible low fi Stars on 45 style electronic drum beat with tinny, cheapo production and sad arrangements. It just goes on and on and on, murdering your granny's favourite hymns, carols and even 'Rivers Of Babylon'. An album devoid of spiritual or artistic merit but at least Tommy sings in tune so the album gets one square. Non-stop? Pur-lease will somebody switch this off before I throw the stereo out of the window...
