I know it was before the time of most of our readers(!), but you are likely to be familiar with "Wipe Out", a surf instrumental classic from 1963 when it reached number five in the UK and number two in the US charts. It has been used since in several film soundtracks and adverts and appears when a "surf sound" is required! The article in CR80 covers the history of the band with its current Berryhill family line up, (Bob Berryhill is the only original member), so I won't repeat it. The album itself is all you would expect from a band who toured with the Beach Boys, surf sounds sounding like the music of the time including a re-recording of "Wipe Out". Bob's testimony is contained in the case illustrating what God has done. Music to reminisce to!
