The Source 2 series of CDs is a companion to the Source 2 songbook and is designed to help singers and worship band members to learn the pieces so that they can then be used in worship. Commendably the album sleevenotes contain credits for the performers, probably because most of the cuts are good versions of the songs though lead vocalists aren't identified. Ex-KT man produces nine tracks while the songs are a cross section of the best of the recent output from Hillsongs, Soul Survivor, Stoneleigh, Spring Harvest, etc. The Celtic version of the old hymn "Before The Throne Of God Above" with woodwind from David Fitzgerald particularly caught the ear. Good value and a good teaching resource.
