'New Songs 1 Vol V has plenty of great new material: Brian Doerksen's "Come Now Is The Time To Worship" is a classic and you should invest in the Vineyard album from which it sprang; ditto Matt Redman's "Many Are The Words We Speak (Now To Live The Life)"; ditto Darrell Evans' "There's A New Song Arising". But these renditions simply fail to engage the listener. Pleasant singing, neat programming and some good guitar work. But this is still a dull project.
