The Send is the moniker adopted by Joseph A Kisselburgh, of Christian rock hitmakers Falling Up. This is not another nu-metal offering though, and would bear closer comparisons to an amalgamation of Coldplay, The Police and Radiohead. Album opener "Need" starts gently with the line "I could never have what I need without you", and then explodes into a mass of guitars and drums, settling into an intricate piano led verse. "The Fall" has already been featured on 'Charlotte's Web: Music Inspired By The Movie' album, and is a great declaration of God's surrounding fingerprints and an acknowledgement of his rightful place in the world. "The Science Of The Sky" is a driving call to God with rocking guitars and great harmonies. The production of this album is particularly inventive, there is so much going on musically, but it all supports the tracks and it never gets in the way of the songs. 'Cosmos' is a well above average set of clever guitar-based rock music.
