Another "adventure" with Rob Evans as the Donut Man, with Duncan the Donut. This time the regular club go on a camping holiday to 'Camp Harmony'. Whilst there, lessons and morals are taught and learned.by sharing ideas and feelings and as usual are expressed by songs and dances, with the familiar gusto that we have come to expect from this company. We find out in particular how we all need each other. I have to admit that I found myself singing along with several of the songs which are simple in lyrics and in melodies, which is a plus for the younger age group for which it is intended (ages 2-8). My favourite piece is "Wonderful Saving Love". It is simple, easy to sing with a superb interpretation on video using puppets to portray it. I also enjoyed the final song, "He Never Sleeps". I really appreciated the simple concept that although the "good shepherd counts sheep, he never sleeps." What a lovely thought to finish the video with. An enjoyable video all round which I certainly will want to watch again.
