Rob Evans is the Donut Man and Duncan is a, err, donut...who talks, obviously. This is cool enough if you are about four years old and really, really like Sesame St. Duncan is straight out of that muppet/puppet thing and the songs are simple and catchy enough for very little ones. Subjects include the love of God and family, however only the perfect Christian nuclear family will really give a nod of approval to much of the content. Most kids I deal with wouldn't necessarily see the teachings about family through the same eyes since love, security and warmth are not always the experience of every family. It ain't Veggie Tales, but if you've got pre-schoolers, it might give you a carefree coffee break.
