Terry Clark is a veteran of US CCM who, despite the onward march of time, still has the chops to continue to write and sing worthwhile material, and this album, from 1998, is a case in point. Production (not to mention arrangements, guitar-playing and harmony-singing) are in the hands of another veteran, Roby Duke, and is a showcase for Terry's acoustic pop/country sung in his slightly raspy voice punching home (or on the slow numbers, stroking home) the message. Terry has composer credits on nine of the 11 tracks, Roby on one, and the 11th is the old gospel favourite "Leaning On The Everlasting Arms".
