Germany is well known for its love of rock music, but not necessarily for producing it. This could all change with Sprinx, a five-piece “modern rock band” still in their first year of existence, but who have already garnered some German radio airplay and shared a stage with the likes of Tait and Petra. “Who Else But You” has a classic Jerusalem/Bon Jovi feel to it, with a modern sheen on top. Elsewhere, “Can’t Feel The Rain” takes things down a notch while “Liquid Sun” and “I’ll Be There” crank it up to a rousing finish. These guys can clearly cut it and on the evidence of this four-track, Sprinx have a very bright future ahead. Not only that, but judging from the sleeve photo, they could also do a reasonable job painting your house.
