There are some good tracks here, but on the whole the tunes are predictable with nothing to make them stand out. Content wise, they are mostly (as the titles suggest), praise and worship. The tone is triumphalistic, with much talk of deliverance, marching, victory, conquering, etc. Although there is plenty of this kind of language in the Bible (I would guess that much of the inspiration for the songs comes from the Psalms), there is another side to the coin and I wonder if Integrity Music will ever produce a CD for children that reflects this other side. Children aren't stupid and they know that life is complicated. They deserve to get teaching that talks of suffering, pain and doubt as well as joy and victory if they are to grow up with a balanced view of the Christian pilgrimage.
