Dream Records have already released a live album from 3C in South Africa with which Shaun was involved, but this gospel worship record gives another opportunity to check out the brother's undoubtedly diverse talents. This energetic studio recording is a mix of lively gospel performances, excellent tight call and response vocals as Shaun P threads infectious melodies and catchy lyrics around a set of upbeat and fun songs. "You're The Best Thing" reminds me of Fred Hammond at his upbeat best and the title cut has brilliant interplay with a chorus of backing singers to create something very special and packed with humour. "Glory" combines gospel sounds and worship sensibilities to create a worship song that is unashamedly gospel! There are plenty of "gospel" outfits who could learn from Shaun P that it's possible to make worship albums without sounding like Hillsong!
