I have this recording on vinyl and cd;nice addition to my evergrowing ccm collection. The powerful song "Goliath" begins this set of songs;Scott's strong vocals really bring this song alive!! The title song "Somebody's Brother" I believe, was the first song that I heard from this album; a heart grabber.
The members of First Call add their vocals to hi-lite songs on this record. You can hear the trio's vocals shine out on Scott's penned "The Name of JESUS is Excellent". (Note: I have seen First Call in 1989 on Amy Grant's "Lead Me On" tour.) "Then HE
Comes" is a song for today:great song for you to record Scott. What believer cannot relate to "When Answers Aren't Enough"; luv this song. "The Red Sea Parted" is an awesome song! It is without a doubt, a stand out song on the album. GOD Bless! -Don
