Scott Andrews is the worship leader at The Path, a youth congregation based at Holy Trinity Church, Cheltenham, and this CD contains nine of Scott's songs with the backing of The Path band. The songs themselves are mostly pleasant enough soft pop compositions, although there's nothing particularly innovative about them. The real problem, though, is that several of the tracks suffer from rather dodgy vocals- both Scott and his backing singers drift off key every now and then, which spoils the impact of the songs. With more rigorous production standards, sorting out the pitching problems in the vocalists, the material could make a decent album, but not this time.
