There are a few debut albums which make it to the heady heights of the Cross Rhythms playlist and even fewer which manage to integrate streetwise hip-hop with radio friendly hooks but that's what is delivered on this blistering first album from UK-based S.O.. The turntable hit "Love Is" is the particular standout though the worshipful "All Honour All Glory" is almost as good while the tracks featuring singers Serene ("Feminine Appeal") and Leah Smith ("Lows And Highs") also have their moments. Another gem from Britain's flourishing gospel hip-hop underground.
