Anyone called Russ T Shipp has a clear destiny to front a band and this single from the Nashville-based group shows the guys run a very tight ship. Ferocious guitar riffing and a nice sung-not-screamed hook create a sound hard enough for the aged rock fraternity yet sufficiently pop-tinged to pull in younger listeners. Rusty Shipp are clearly an outfit who won't sink any time soon.
