Another album and another disappointment from the Brixton-based man who once produced a reggae classic in "Ire Feeling". Maybe it was his Christian conversion that got him to abandon most of the JA rhythms of old but why he should come up with such a very repetitive, simplistic rockaballad bass riff on "Deep In My Heart", that seems to go on and on and on, is a mystery. Also, singing of his devotion to Christ is all well and good but the dear brother is flat on some of the notes which makes this a truly atrocious opener. It doesn't get any better. Another dead slow, non-reggae rhythm is used as a backing track for a 29 minute 46 second sermon given the title "From Moses To Jesus Christ". There's another way-too-long track "The Truth And Love Of Righteousness" which is described on the sleeve as "Bible quotations word of God the Lord Jesus Christ/St Paul/St Peter/St John". The only track that stops this embarrassingly bad album from getting the ultimate Cross Rhythms review ignominy of a one square rating is the happy-go-lucky reggae cut "Moment By Moment".
