Rafi P was born Rafael Mariano Pauletta, in the Caribbean and now lives in the Netherlands. 'The Next Level' has a dirty south edge with "Bounce Back" portraying Rafi taking his sword to fight off the devil attack. On "Battlefield" the MC delivers a fast yet smooth flow as he lets us know that in a world full of violence and trouble, we can't live without Christ. "I Don't Think So" is spoilt by a slightly overly looped break while "No Doubt" is a smooth piece of R&B hip-hop featuring the effervescent Mista & Mrs Taylor. Some tracks have that crossover appeal such as the more East Coast "All Mine" featuring Nikki Hayes and "I Need U 2 Survive" featuring Ifeanyi. Overall, this is an exciting little project with Rafi P bringing his own European/US flavas to the scene.
