As an avid Kid's Praise fan, I already liked this video before even watching it. The Kid's Praise Company just keep on getting better and better. In Kid's Praise 5 Psalty's Camping Adventure the children learn about solving problems and facing challenges. It is a musical adventure with lively melodies, practical lyrics which are easy to understand and apply, and excellent choreographed movement. The cover can be misleading as it might appear that it is a cartoon adventure which is not the case. I enjoyed the ballad sung by Psalty (songbook) "One Step At A Time" which is really the central theme of the production teaching us to solve our problems and tackle challenges with Jesus by our side. "God Is Great" also delighted both me and my children (who incidentally sat enthralled at every 58 minutes of the video) and was such a catchy tune that we found ourselves singing along well after the tape had finished. Our absolute favourite had to be the finale "All Through The Day" which brought goose bumps into operation - the harmony of the children's voices is superb and to see them worshipping a real treat - if only we could all catch the vision and pass it on to our children what different places our churches would be today. Kid's Praise Video 5 is surely a must for children young and not so young too!
