Like 'Part One', this features plenty of highly talented musos such as Michael Omartian, Abe Laboriel, Justo Almario, Harlan Rogers and Alex Acuna performing worship music from the famed men's ministry. Standouts include the inspiring song of commitment "The Family Prayer Song" as well as a brill version of Tommy Walker's "From The Sunrise" including a whole section of the song in Spanish! Occasionally, this album feels a bit padded out and I wonder whether it would have been possible to produce a truly stonking single CD rather than spreading the music over two parts. That quibble aside, these are songs that encourage me to worship and be a man of God. Both volumes bear the legend "It is only when men begin to worship that they begin to grow" and this is the fundamental premise of what is happening here. It you're a woman of God and you want to encourage the man in your life to stop wimping out, both volumes of 'Raise The Standard' could be somewhere to start!
