Britain's Clare Langan is a quality flautist and though she (of course) doesn't get a front sleeve credit, she does the business whether it's playing along to the cod-Messianic jolliness of "You Shall Go Out With Joy", bring a wistful lilt to Tomlin's "How Great Is The Lord" or even letting loose on an original "I Shall Not Want" penned by keys man and co-producer Andy Green. Easy to dismiss these MOR/ambient instrumental renditions of worship songs and hymns might not exactly be cutting edge, but clearly there's a market for well executed instrumental worship music like this.
