The sleeve notes state that "all the songs on this album have been tried and tested in the fire of live worship." This for me indicates that the listener will be hearing (hopefully) songs that are truly spiritually blessed and I believe this is the case here. The majority of the tracks are intercessory and reflective ("Pour Out Your Mercy") as well as some more praise-orientated songs. Whilst reviewing this album ! have found myself humming some of the tunes and have discovered that I was enjoying listening to the music, which for me has been a refreshing change. Should you go and buy this album, you'll find it fits neatly in with Noel Richards on the CD shell, and lifts you up closer to the throne of our almighty God. As far as I'm concerned, this album should be picked up for shop distribution and I have a feeling we are all going to hear a lot more from Phil Kingham. Some of these songs deserve to be made available for worship by all churches.
