Pete & Nicki Sims are pastors and worship leaders of the Christian Growth Centre in Chelmsford and this live album is their second recording venture after 'The Secret Place'. The 13 songs are a mix of fast moving praise such as 'Victorious' and 'Show Your Glory' to mellower offerings 'Be Glorified' and 'Living Sacrifice'. The main instrumental emphasis is one of electric guitar and drums making the songs lack real distinctiveness and sound somewhat dated in places. Also, the "live" production fails to add any atmosphere to the recording. Nonetheless, there are one or two standout moments such as the declarations on "Made To Worship" and the intimate "Psalm 23". The strength of these tracks means that worshippers should investigate the Sims' generous offer of a free download for the album.
