Finnish pop band Paddington are marked by some quirky '80s synthesizer sounds and have a strong Swedish speaking following closing the album with three Finnish language tracks to prove the point. Indeed the Abba-esque "Much Of Anything" almost caricatures the Swedish connection with its fusion of Euro friendly rock-pop indicative of the late '70s. However, the banality of lyrics such as "Watch them flowers, watch them grow" and "spending time in the market buying beef" to foot stomping choruses is almost risible. Still, the music is interesting in a retrospective, kitsch fashion.
