PCF Ministries eminate from the People's Church in Falkirk. The opener "Arise" starts promisingly but the vocals by Kirsty Stevenson prove a tad weak and sound pre-adolescent. We move gradually to "Just One Glimpse", sung by Steven Grainger, author of the whole album. A peculiar marriage of contemporary lyrics and Celtic, hymnal music, the song refreshingly manages to combine the stirring quality of ancient hymns with the appeal of modern day worship songs. Suddenly, the title track rises out of nowhere, bold and perhaps daring, seeming truly determined to live up to its name. However, it falls into the trap of songs that aspire to be gigantic and rousing and recycles the chorus again and again, and at moments, the vocals don't seem to be able to do justice to the size of the song. Only five songs on this EP yet by the close they have become distinctly tedious.
