Chris and Stephanie Teague from Nashville return to the recording studio to provide their listeners with a full length album, and it is worth waiting for. The album, grown from separation and heartache, reflects how God has brought them through seemingly insurmountable problems by his grace. "All That I'm Made For" sets the scene as their two voices twist and turn around each other, first one leading then the other. Driven along by crisp drumming, strings swirl around powerful backing vocals as Steph shows hints of Ellie Holcomb with the same kind of Americana tinge. Wistful and gentle, "Safe To Shore" with its soft cushion of gentle acoustic guitar and rippling strings sits comfortably alongside more contemporary pop songs such as "Make Us Whole". The musicianship is all top notch and the production focussed entirely correctly, good melodies, clear vocals, positive message. There is also the inclusion of the hymn "How Deep The Father's Love" which is beautifully performed. This husband and wife duo have found a niche and everything on this classy set points forward to more good things to come in the future.
