There is nothing in Christendom, or for that matter in the Enemy's moshpits, quite like the Pig. Sure there are hardcore thrash and alternative bands of believers with radical haircuts who play the musical equivalent of a punch in the face. Sure there are bands with a good repertoire of anti-abortion songs and the standard repent-or-die confrontational numbers. Try One Bad Pig's withering putdown of the Christian music industry clamouring for more product ("Take A Look At Yourself"), the hedonist drunk on pleasure ("Sober Up") or best of all "Cut Your Hair", about the cult of youth too proud of their locks ("Don't say 'Jesus had long hair too/The problems not your hair it's your attitude/God's not your King, your hair is the boss/Man, when was the last time you hung on a cross?"). The guitars do their buzzsaw worst, Kosher does things to his vocal chords on "I Scream Sunday" that would send any throat specialist into apoplexy and the mind-boggling entrance of Johnny Cash into the proceedings on "Man In Black" (everyone ready for country thrash gospel?) works. These guys go for the jugular. . . and seldom miss.
