This 21 song offering features one disc, 'Then', devoted to previously released live material from the Atlanta based family of churches and another disc, 'Now', with reworked versions of familiar songs. On the 'Then' disc the standout tracks are undoubtedly the manic "Rise And Sing" with excellent guitar riffs and the quieter piano-based "You Alone". The majority of songs here have such an emphasis on electric guitar, drums and plenty of live clapping that they all start to merge into each other (a not unusual fault of live modern worship albums). The project is rescued, however, by the 'Now' disc with the pulsating "Speechless" and equally rousing "God Of The Impossible" elevating the soul while the classic hymn "It Is Well" is given an effective rock music makeover. The reflective "Glorious One" (not the Hillsong song) captures the emotion of worship as does the final track "Breathe On Me" inviting the listener to experience the tangible breath of God.
