Here's the story. American EDM maestro Matthew Parker was all set to release 'Shadowlands' when an A&R man suggested that some of the tracks didn't quite fit the overall feel of the album. Bravely Matthew took this to heart and dropped some of the tracks and recorded some new ones and the resulting Dreamlands album is an outstanding success (10 squares when CR reviewed it). Now as something of an after-thought you get the tracks which didn't make the final cut. Some are oldies which have been revamped and some are totally new. The best track by far is the dreamy, ambient "Story Of A Boy". Overall not essential but the 10 tracks here will give EDM fans some new stuff for their iPods.
