The debut single from London's Marky T sees the gospel reggae artist tackle topical subjects such as redundancy, the credit crunch and rising fuel prices whilst pointing to Christ as the answer to such issues with the repeated refrain of "my God is a millionaire". Undeniably rooted in the traditions of reggae, the punchy title track uses all the trappings of R&B to get this message across and a more beat-oriented alternative is included in the "Upforward Remix" of the same song. Whilst it will be obvious to converted ears that the crux of the track is that the Lord is bigger and more resourceful than the world's problems, the analogy of God as a millionaire may muddy the waters for non-believers who will generally lay the blame for the credit crunch at the door of the super rich. Also, the melody on the chorus is perilously close to Rich Mullins' "Awesome God". The third track, "Fish N' Bread", is a delightful slice of dancehall reggae that portrays a key biblical passage.
