Pretty hard gritty stuff this (as the title suggests) - it's an all out war cry kinda thing that doesn't let up for the full 27 tracks. Stylistically, this sound's a pretty stark landscape, but there are some real surprising oases to be found throughout. "Journey" is a lilting Mid-Eastern refrain with thrashed out, pounding beats that contrast nicely. Often apocolyptic, but not always heavy as "Bring Forth The Warfare" proves with an hilarious diatribe against wrongdoers in today's society. "Butterfly" is a great chill out, laced around a mellow reggae beat and bass, topped with some head poundin' rhymes, cacooned by a surging futuristic synth. Some filla and a few cheesy bits but generally good if you like it raw and gritty.
