It melts in the mouth, a smooth handful of songs written and sung by UK-based reggae man Lytie. The chords move gracefully in gentle descent with a short upturn at the end of a line courtesy of an evocative diminished chord. Lytie captures a steady enthusiasm, strong but not rushed. It's peculiarly British, with a bunch of good guys contributing their talents. The vast experience of Neville (Digi) King reveals itself in the tight machine-like precision of the production. Digi comes from the Birmingham scene which gave us Steel Pulse and UB40. Guitarist Lester Davis is on here too; an artist in his own right. It's truly exciting to see reggae making itself felt again; Lytie has a lot more in him to give and I for one will be watching out for an album from him of at least 11 songs. The five tracks on here are fine but the whole thing comes to an end too quickly. The signal level of the CD could also do with being pulled up.

I Believe ( in love ) is one of my favourite tracks. also Watching u. The whole album is very inspirational. lyrics to me is very important to songwriting. more songs could have be had to the Ablum. But it's a Ablum that i would contiune listening over the years.
