An instrumental CD, just Baltimore, Maryland, pianist Linda Kazmarek and her piano playing mostly quite familiar tunes, old ("The Old Rugged Cross", "Turn Your Eyes Upon Jesus") and newer ("Here I Am To Worship", "Agnus Dei"): these are her own arrangements; three of her own compositions are included and match the quality of the other tracks. Lyrics are not included and as I listened I found snatches of the words coming into my head while at other times the music itself drifted through my mind. If that sounds like elevator music, that was my first impression - musical wallpaper but with too many flourishes to sleep to - but there's more to it. This is worship music played worshipfully and God can use it to bring peace to our souls. Our church pianist listened and gave me her comments: "Very easy to listen to. Relaxing but also a complete worship experience... expressive and sensitively played."
