If like me you grew up in an evangelical church then you'll welcome this new series of children's tapes which feature all the songs you know and love from your childhood. They're all here in this series. Everything from "This Is The Day" to "Deep And Wide" to "Give Me Oil In My Lamp". The arrangements are simple: choir of small American children accompanied by keyboard (what more do you expect for £3.99?) and you have the added bonus of split track versions on the second side of each tape so you can get rid of the kids' voices if you don't like them. (Oh that all recordings came with the same facility). Best of the bunch is '15 Bible Action Songs' if only because it contains the immortal lines "Give me gas for my Ford/Keep me truckin' for the Lord").
