Ken and Chris Hardy's Key Ministries have responded to the need for a 'relaxation tape' with a Christian rather than a New Age thrust. The result is 'Peace' with Chris talking us through some simple exercises to combat stress with some fluid synth music from a chap called Stuart Brown. There is also a very pleasant female vocalist (Sarah Hardy). Very nice and very effective judging from my heavy eyelids as I write this.

First time I've ever heard my song "Beautiful Lord"
described as "fluid", though I kind of like the idea. Thanks
to Tony for his comment. I'm glad somebody liked it!
