Kashelle is an actress who has appeared in British soaps Emmerdale and Coronation Street so you may well have seen her face. It's less likely that you will have heard her singing (although she has performed her gospel and R&B repertoire for the Prime Minister of Jamaica). This two song single show Kashelle has a fine voice with power and range. Unfortunately, doing covers of two such renowned songs doesn't work. "Bridge Over Troubled Water" isn't in the same creative ballpark as Simon & Garfunkel while Kashelle's idiosyncratic styling of "Here I Am To Worship" doesn't really help Tim Hughes' modern classic worship song either, with its rather wooden arrangement and production.
