Joe is a worship leader based in Fort Lee, New Jersey and the opener "To See Your Face" sets the template for the first part of the album - upbeat, drums, bass and acoustic and electric guitars. Some tracks also include keyboard, strings and pads which help to fill out the sound. Track five, "Before Your Crown", starts a section of slower songs, more piano-led, and then from "This Heart", "Celebrate" and closer "End Of The Line" it's back to uptempo songs to finish. Lyrically, these are uncomplicated songs of devotion. While not questioning the sincerity, once again on a collection of worship songs I find myself longing to hear a bit more depth and imagination beyond yet another re-tread of the same old phrases. "I Love You Lord" stands out in that it introduces some different imagery: "I reach for you like the darkness craves the night/You are my hope, you are my shining light." This is also one of the better played and arranged tracks. The sound is okay for what is obviously a home or low-budget recording.
