Jennifer is far from new to the entertainment industry even though, at the age of 40, this is her first album release. McGill's was at age 10 a Mouseketeer on The All-New Mickey Mouse Club and she later went on to share the stage with household names such as Celine Dion and New Kids On The Block. 'Unbreakable' follows the story of McGill's life as she battles with insecurities, hurts, disappointments and the grief of losing her mother butt culminates in a powerful expression of her faith. Vocally, McGill is a powerhouse, her soulful pop voice filling each song. Addressing her younger self in such tracks as, "What I Know Now" and "Look In The Mirror", McGill's eloquent lyrics give a powerful insight into what she has learnt in her own journey. The title track launches the album in such strength which is maintained throughout as McGill exhorts the listener to never give up the fight and insists you're "never past your prime of purpose." This album will leave you feeling encouraged, empowered and like you could stand up and belt out a tune too!
