All power to ICC for supporting the Quench frontman with his "other" ministry, worship. Jamie is much more than a man with lung power and gritty voice able to make itself heard above roaring rock guitars. He has a worshipper's heart, a fact which will have been recognised by everyone who caught Jamie's stirring contributions to the 'Spring Harvest Distinctive'. This set of songs, some of which have been heard at Spring Harvest youth celebrations and New Wine's The Path youth meetings, are everything strong worship songs should be: bold declarations of love and faith with simple yet catchy lyrics. It doesn't stop there. Producer/engineer Trevor Michael has conjured up some unexpected and clever arrangements with the male chorus on "Jesus All I Have", a joyful delight. Both the rockers, like the noisily riffing opener "Creator God", and the softer acoustic tracks like "Faithful God" work well and one is left hoping ICC's publishing arm can get some of these excellent songs into our songbooks. They certainly deserve to be there.

This is one of the best albums I have listened to, ever. It is somehow soulful and moved me in a way that no other CD has done so before. All merits to Jamie Hill.
