The album title track refers to Romans 13:11. This and the other 15 tracks are written by twin brothers Melvin and Kelvin Douglas, originally from Germany but since 1988 in Atlanta, Georgia and now ordained ministers with Word Of Life Outreach Ministries. The album opens with a short novelty track, "The Call", which is a dialogue between Lucifer and one of his agents on earth, struggling in battle against the followers of Jesus. The rest of the album is danceable pop R&B, with the retro pop feel of Rick Astley somewhere in there. The strength of the duo is in the directness of the message in their songs but the delivery isn't as polished as it needs to be and vocals are occasionally out of tune. Perhaps these songs should be performed by others and the Douglas twins should stick to other aspects of their ministry.
