Those who've been reading this esteemed organ for some time may remember that in an earlier Cross Rhythms we featured the band and made much of the fact that here was a German reggae gospel band. Now if that sounds as unlikely as a Zambian country music combo, be assured that these guys really get into the reggae genre, and every sinuous bass riff, cracking rim-shot and burst into ragga toasting is handled with the same rhythmic dexterity that made Christafari such convincing purveyors of spiritual truth. Best cut is "Life Is Too Short". Well worth searching out.
