This is an inspirational ballad that soars in all the right places. Georgia-based Hannah has a voice good enough to handle ballads and, though the lyric video for "Who You Are" uses wonders of nature clips looking like they've been plucked from National Geographic, it is still an inspiring enough viewing experience. What is more problematic is the song itself. Its melody is not memorable and its lyrics rather formulaic. It simply doesn't stand out from the insp church crowd.
