Wonderful renditions of mainly standard hymns given (literally) breathtaking arrangements and precise technique. When reviewing First Call recently, I reported that secular acapella specialists in the USA are including the group in their catalogue on sheer merit. It's the same only more so with Glad, they are highly rated by those who know. This recording has the edge on previous outings with extra 'brightness' and 'presence' making the old gems flash with new light. Personally, I can live without medleys where songs are wedged in back to back, but that's a minor minus. Superb vocal work, a great sound.
