If Stevie Wonder ever decided to release a gospel house record he would sound just like this... Theo Gerideau, a Christian from Louisiana, has brought to the radios and dancefloors a tune with a powerful message. To quote the lyrics: "The condition of the world today/I can't help but get down on my knees and pray/That we will take a stand for love." Soaring gospel harmonies and a great voice all make this record worth seeking out. Available in mixes by DJ Duke and X Press 2, which are overshadowed by the inspirational mix by Blaze, which has some chap on the harmonica in the background, just to emphasise the Stevie Wonder comparison I think. Another sanctified dance goodie.
