This Polish outfit have created a second album which is packed with atmospheric emotional rock music fronted by the vocals of Martijn Krale. The band have chosen to create their songs in English which helps this reviewer because my Polish is non-existent! From the opening riff of the title cut the band get straight down to business. One of the things I love about them is Fruhstuck's seemingly effortless ability to create grooves that drive the album along. Lyrically the band have plenty to say from the challenge of the opening cut and the encouragement of the pulsating "Know You're Right" and there's the rock ballad "November Rain". The second disc shows a quieter side of the band with reworkings of songs from their debut album. "Song Of Deliverance" and the six minute "Kid" both pull at the heart strings. I wonder if they will ever come and entertain their fellow countrymen on these shores. If they do, I'd certainly love to see them live.
