Bristol-based Geraldine Latty led the worship at the June 2005 FocusFest event for women held at the Waterfront, Belfast. On this recording you get 58 minutes of music, spread over 12 tracks. Latty is one of those gifted worship leaders able to bring their own personality and enthusiasm for the music to the event without in any way making it about them, and she is on good form here. She also contributes two songs to the set list, one of them a hymn that could become very big for her ("Jesus Christ Perfect Love"). The band around her is solid without ever taking over, and there are a number of innovative arrangements of well known songs. The Irish influence is never very far away, with nice violin and penny whistle motives dotted throughout. All the required elements of a heartwarming worship CD are here, including the big a cappella number that no event seems to be without nowadays ("Immortal Invisible"), but after a very strong start ("Almighty God My Redeemer", "When I Was Lost" and "Would You be Free") some momentum is lost towards the end of the recording, when the really strong finish doesn't materialise.
