I'm uncertain as to why record companies release compilations off the back of only three albums, as is the case here. This collection of contemporary worship ballads and re-arranged traditional hymns, including elements from Latin to Celtic, solo piano to rock, all of which work well enough. However, the re-arrangements of traditional hymns are generally stronger than those written by the artist. The artist's own songs lack musical and lyrical power, eventually becoming somewhat repetitive. The overall impression of this compilation is that it is pleasant, but lacks coherency and impact.
