Rapper Feed'Em is originally from Congo but came to London as a young boy. Now in his 20s, Feed'Em released this project back in 2015. It sees him capture raw truth and emotions while taking the listener through a journey of his life and inspiration. Getting into the project, Feed'Em delivers a steady London flow, rarely moving into grime territory (bar "Vintage") - a style in which he is equally gifted. There are standout moments, alongside some varied production and repetitive beats. But this rawness is an aside to the skills and the talents that the rapper shows on several tracks. "Nobody Knows" is a killer cut, over a gospel hook and funky bassline, the emcee outlines his life and calls out the brokenness of culture, revealing that only God really knows us. He shines on those soulful east coast breaks like "Remember The Rain" where his vibrancy and fluidity of flow comes to the fore. Throughout Feed'Em brings the truth with clarity and with reality, never watering down but never losing touch with the listener.
