From the opening sample of Spandau Ballet "True" you know that this new East London-based MC is full of surprises. E Ttizz (aka Timothy Grimwade) has been under the mentorship of MOBO award winning Jahaziel and they have toured extensively in the US and Europe and shared the stage with Lecrae, Ambassador and Da' T.R.U.T.H. E Tizz calls on the production talents of GP of New Direction Crew. The album has variety in its tempo and styles which bridge the above styles. E Tizz is smooth in his delivery and flow and also brings some guests including Jahaziel without overkill. Lyrically he pulls no punches - challenging and also encouraging believers and non-believers alike. My favourites are "Slave", "Bring It To 'em" and "Loving You". This is an excellent debut from an exciting new artist.
